This button resets all resource capacities to zero, before or after a defined date.
A window appears with two fields to fill in:

Initialize capacities : Before the (The capacity of this resource will be set to 0 for all periods before the date you have selected) or After the (The capacity of this resource will be set to 0 for all periods after the date you have selected)
- Initialization date Choose the initialization date for this resource.
Example: if I choose Before the and the date of 01/01/2020then all the capacities of my resources before the 01/01/2020 will be equal to 0. Capacities after the 01/01/2020 change.
For example, if a person arrives in March: I create a resource. I want to initialize the January and February periods to 0. I initialize the capacities before 01/03.
