Exporting financial documents

Exporting financial documents

  1. Click on the Main menuMain menu.
  2. Click on AdministrationAdministration.
  3. In the Data administration > Exports click on the map Financial documentsFinancial documents.

    4. The financial document export screen appears.

  4. Select financial documents, with or without filters.
  5. Optional: select project filters.
    6. 🚩
    Only financial documents added to a project will be exported. If projects are selected but no financial document are selected, then the export will be empty.
  6. Export the file (format .csv or .xlsxfor download or via e-mail)
✅
The selected financial documents are correctly exported in the chosen format.
