Automatically displays a task calendar url, a milestone calendar url, a phase calendar url and a final URL for an Activity Entry calendar.
It is possible to open this link and add one or more of these calendars to a mailbox/calendar manager.
The URL is not the same each time the button is clicked.
You can choose a project filter and a resource filter for this calendar synchronization.
đź’ˇWhen applying a project and/or resource filter, copy the link and paste it into Outlook WITHOUT saving. In fact, when you select a project or resource filter and save, the filter disappears and is not memorized. You therefore need to apply the filter, copy the URL link and then go to Outlook, click on Add a calendar then From the Internet then paste the link.
