    Background task control

    A background task command is a command that is executed at the same time as other actions in the Project MonitorProject MonitorIt's a "backgroundtask ", because it takes time or substantial resources.

    Examples of commands: platform creation, label export, reports, sending of summaries, reports, e-mail subscriptions, synchronization of GalileeGalilee)...

    We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

    This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

    Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

    This list of background task orders can be filtered using two criteria:

    • TextText to search for orders via their WordingWording
    • statusstatus to search for completed, running or failed commands...

    This screen shows the background task orders in progress on the entire platform.

    Orders can be :

    • WordingWording
    • IdentifierIdentifier
    • UserUser indicates who executed the
    • statusstatus order

      It will update with the following states, depending on the progress of the order in background task :

      • In progress
      • Success
      • Failure
      • Cancelled
    • ProgressProgress of the order (if completed, progress will be 100%)
    • Start dateStart date indicates order start date and time
    • End dateEnd date indicates the date and time of order completion, if any.
