Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores (_). It is important to enter them because they can be helpful if an error occurs.

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Edit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

• Wording
• status
• Version

This view selected by default if this box is checked.

Select specific task-related attributes and use drag-and-drop to arrange them in a certain order relative to one another.

If " task properties" is selected, you will need to define an additional sort by: sender, type in the next field

You can sort the items in ascending or descending order.

This field will allow you to sort the task list based on the selected criteria (type, date, etc.) and to expand or collapse a break.
