This screen allows you to export risk data to a spreadsheet program.

Table columns

Here's a list of the columns in this export table (in .csv or .xlsx format) and which fields they correspond to:
  • Date period periodperiod selected when exporting this data (if October 2020 is selected, then 10/01/2020 will be displayed)
  • Project ➡️ WordingWording the project
  • phase code phase CodeCode of the phase. If the phase code, then it will be listed _PROJECT_
  • phase description phase WordingWording phase
  • Type ➡️ TypeType
  • phase status phase statusstatus the project
  • phase manager phase managermanager phase
  • Wording ➡️ WordingWording risks
  • Genre ➡️ TypeType of risk

Here are the fields found in this import screen:

You can select a private project filter or a public project filter, and select projects (No access) from the list of projects, or select filter criteria.

Allows you to select a period start and end date defined for data export, or pre-defined periods : - Active month - Current year - Last 12 months - next 12 months

If this box is checked, when this export file is sent by e-mail, it will be compressed.
