Select projects

A pane appears, allowing you to select one or more projects, or even all projects. A text search can be used to find projects.

CSV by email

This button sends the exported data in .csv format to the e-mail address of the logged-in user.

Excel by email

This button sends the exported data in .xlsx format to the e-mail address of the logged-in user.

Export to Excel

This button downloads the export of this data in .xlsx format: EXPORT_RESSOURCE_PROJET-DATE.xlsx

Exporting resource data

This screen allows you to export data from the Project Resources theme to a spreadsheet file. The spreadsheet rows are sorted project by project, phase by phase , and the rows are filled in according to the different resources.

Here are the fields on the export screen:

You can select a private project filter or a public project filter, select projects from the project list, or select filter criteria.

ResourceResource

You can select resources from the list of resources or choose filter criteria.

Allows you to select a period start and end date defined for data export, or pre-defined periods : - Active month - Current year - Last 12 months - next 12 months đź’ˇ If the project dates (start and end) are not included in this date range, they will not appear in the export. Regardless of the status (e.g., closed), the data will be exported based on the selected dates (project start and end).

If this box is checked, when this export file is sent by e-mail, it will be compressed.
